If something arrives damaged or there's a print issue on our end, contact us promptly with your order number and photos, and we'll work with you to make it right. Please note we print your art as submitted, so double-check resolution and spelling before ordering.
Pressing Instructions
General guide — results vary by press and fabric; always test first.
  • Temperature: about 300–320°F (150–160°C)
  • Time: 10–15 seconds
  • Pressure: medium
  • Peel: cold peel (let it cool fully, then peel slowly)
  • Optional: re-press 5–10 seconds with a cover sheet for extra durability
  • Washing: wait 24 hours, wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry low

Because every transfer is custom printed from your artwork, we generally can't accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out and we'll help.
Art Upload Recommendations
  • Best file: transparent-background PNG (preferred) or PDF
  • Resolution: 300 DPI at the size you want printed
  • Background options: choose Keep background as uploaded or Remove background (+$1)
  • If you keep your background, any non-transparent area (white boxes, solid colors) prints exactly as-is — pick Remove background and we'll clear it for you
  • How we print: our WYCMK DTF printer lays down a white underbase, then full CMYK color on top — so your design pops on light or dark garments. Send RGB or CMYK files; we handle the conversion, though on-screen colors may print slightly different
  • Max print width 16"; no minimum order
